Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. The email will contain a link that you can click to track your package(s) and request that UPS notify you of its status. 

If you do not receive your package within 5 working days, please contact us at:  info.pt_en@skechers.com.


Please note, if you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, your order will be sent to a UPS collection point. Packages are held at the collection point for a maximum of two weeks. If you do not pick up your package within 2 weeks, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will not be able to credit the shipping costs.
