Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. The email will contain a link that you can click to track your package(s) and request that UPS notify you of its status. 

If you do not receive your package within 5 working days, please contact us at:  info.pt_en@skechers.com.

Please note, if you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, your order will be sent to a UPS collection point. Packages are held at the collection point for a maximum of two weeks. If you do not pick up your package within 2 weeks, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will not be able to credit the shipping costs.

Your order will be delivered by UPS.

We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. 

We’ll also send a notification once your order leaves our warehouse.

It is not always possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, as we send items out as soon as possible. 

If you decide to cancel, please follow the link through your confirmation email - please be aware we're unable to bypass the cancellation timeframe. Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.

At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of Portugal.

Troubleshooting Credit Card Payment Errors

-Check to make sure the billing information you entered is correct.

-Remove dashes or spaces from the card number.

-If the card is new or was recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.

-If you still experience a payment error after completing the above steps, please contact your credit card company.

Account Verification

To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the address that appears on your bank statements. If you are unsure of your billing address, please contact your bank directly.

Locating Your Credit Card Security Code

The Credit Card Security Code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard) of your card. Your order cannot be processed without this code.

Visa/MasterCard:

We accept PayPal, as well as all major credit and debit cards issues by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

When filling out credit card information, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your card. For our customers’ protection, transactions cannot be processed if the billing information is not 100% accurate.

We don´t currently ship to territories with special tax regime: Madeira and Azores.

Currently shipments are made to Continental Portugal.

At this time we only accept returns for purchases on SKECHERS.com. Free return postage applies only to orders within the 60 days of purchase. If the product is returned outside of the 60-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, SKECHERS will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise"

We do not currently offer exchanges for SKECHERS website purchases. 

If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order and return the first pair.

We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when placing a new order.

Please note that purchases on SKECHERS websites cannot be returned to SKECHERS Retail Stores

At Skechers, we have a legal duty to supply goods in accordance with the contract of sale you have with us.  We also guarantee 100% satisfaction on every item you purchase from Skechers. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return our products. 

Unfortunately we do not have the option to make an order change at the moment, we are working on its development. Once the order has been processed, you can make a total or partial return of your online order

This Return Policy does not affect legal rights, including your right to repair or price reduction in certain circumstances.

Performance Shoes: To maintain the quality of your purchase of our shoes, we do not recommend machine washing. We suggest the following steps for any minor cleaning to our shoes:

1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.

2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.

3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.

4. Allow shoes to air dry.

Machine Washable Shoes : any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed with detergent on the gentle cycle and air-dried. We suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Do not place shoes in dryer. 

Nylon/Mesh Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. DO NOT put nylon/mesh shoes in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water.

Smooth Leather Shoes: These shoes will require cleaning and care with shoe creams or polishes. Select a neutral shade or color nearest to the color of the shoes. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth to remove dust, and wait until dry to apply shoe polish/cream. Never polish wet shoes. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Do not machine wash leather shoes.

Scuff-Resistant Leather Shoes: Remove minor scuffs by rubbing them with your hand. The natural oils in your hand will restore the original look of the leather. For deeper scrapes and scuffs, use a soft and neutral polish. This process moisturizes and replenishes the natural oils in the leather, leaving a shiny coating that will prolong and sustain its wear. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer.

Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Brush dry suede/nubuck shoes with a soft brush or dry rubber sponge to remove any clinging dirt. Regular use of a soft brush will keep the nap of the suede free from dust. Stubborn stains should be removed with a commercial stain remover suitable for suede. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. 

Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights.  Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.

Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order. 

Our contract with you

How we will accept your order. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion.  Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. 

If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. Examples of reasons why we may be unable to accept your order are because: the product is out of stock; your billing information is not correct or verifiable; we have identified an error in the price or description of the product; or we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Goods Not for Resale or Export. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export

Price and payment

Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product (which includes applicable taxes such as VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice.  

What happens if we got the price wrong. We strive to display accurate price information.  However, it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.  We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you. 

When you must pay and how you must pay. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order.

Providing the products

Delivery Exclusions.  Skechers is unable to deliver to addresses located in the Azores and Madeira

Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. Posted prices do not include charges for shipping and handling. All such charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. 

When we will provide the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. 

If you do not re-arrange delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we may end the contract.

Your legal rights if we deliver products late. You have legal rights if we deliver any products late. If we miss the delivery deadline for any products then you may treat the contract as at an end straight away if any of the following apply:

1. we have refused to deliver the products;

2. delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or

3. you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.

Responsibility and ownership of the products

When you become responsible for the products. The products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

When you own the products. You own the products once we have received payment in full.

Returns

Exercising your right to change your mind. You may return unworn goods within forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of the products and get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below. We will pay for the costs of returning the products in accordance with our returns policy.

Products not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality

The products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your goods are not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality:

1. You may return the goods within forty-five (45) days and get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below;

2. You may return the goods within six (6) months and, if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below; and

3. You may return the goods after six (6) months and, if you can show that the product was not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery and your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below. 

In each instance, we will pay for the costs for returning the products in accordance with our returns policy.  On return of the products and payment of the refund, the contract will come to an end.

How to obtain a refund

Return products. If you have taken delivery of the products in relation to which you are seeking a refund, download and print the return label from the Skechers website. Use the shipping label to return the item or items to us for refund.

When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return of all products in accordance with our returns policy.

How we will refund you. If you comply with the instructions above, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including the cost of delivery of the product to you, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the products back from you.

Our rights to end the contract

We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:

1.you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that payment is due;

2.you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE.

The limitation of liability set forth above shall: (i) only apply to the extent permitted by law and (ii) not apply to (A) liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct and (B) death or bodily injury resulting from our acts or omissions.

Force Majeure.  We will not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to our workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.

No Waivers

The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Skechers.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.

Assignment 

You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this paragraph is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

Entire Agreement 

Our order confirmation, these Terms, our Site’s Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy will be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms.

Alternative dispute resolution 

Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform is accessible here. We are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution and do not currently submit to it.

Other important terms

Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by Portuguese law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Portuguese courts.

You will be entitled to a VAT refund on purchases you make in Portugal, if:

• Your usual place of residence is outside the European Union;
• Your purchases not of a commercial nature and their value, per invoice, is not less than € 61.50 (VAT included)
• and if you leave the EU within three months after buying them.

Skechers USA Iberia S.L.U., is the controler of the data for  www.skechers.pt  (the "website”).  Skechers S.A.R.L de Suiza  and Skechers U.S.A, Inc. from EE.UU. However, Skechers S.A.R.L. of Switzerland and Skechers U.S.A., Inc. from the United States are data processors of information collected by the Site.

 By agreeing that, Skechers collect and process your data on the preferences page, and send your personal data to the Site, you are agreing to this transfer, storage and processing.

4 In order to provide an enhanced customer experience, we may occasionally request additional information such as your gender, shopping preferences, product interest, and email notification preferences. Whether you provide this information is completely optional and up to you.

Automatically As You Navigate Our Website. We use automatic data collection technologies, including third-party services, to collect additional information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns including:

1 (1) details of your visits to our Website, including page views and clicks, search activity, cart activity, location data, and the resources you access and use on the Website.

2 (2) information about your computer and Internet connection, such as browser type, browser version, operating system and IP address. This information allows us to see which areas of our Website are most visited, and helps us improve the quality of your online experience by recognizing and delivering more of the most desired features and services. To better understand and optimize the user experience, we also use third-party user session recording technology. The recording does not show us personal information that the user inputs into our website.

    The information obtained from online registration is utilized to improve your shopping experience with Skechers by enabling you to earn reward points, obtain a faster checkout for purchases and/or opt-in to receive promotional emails, which provide you with the latest and greatest information regarding Skechers and its products.

    The telephone and credit card number information we ask for when you order online is used only to complete the order, confirm the order and confirm shipment of the order. Limited credit card information is then stored only for the purposes of faster checkout (for Elite Members only), and is not used for any other purpose.

    In any other way we may describe when you provide the information or for any other purpose with your consent.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Except as described in this Privacy Notice, Skechers does not sell, rent or trade any personal information you provide to us online or at our stores, nor do we share such information with third parties. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Notice:

    To our subsidiaries and affiliates, which may require transferring your information outside of the United States.

    To our agents, contractors, business partners, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. Examples of these services include payment processing and authorization, fraud protection and credit risk reduction, product customization, order fulfillment and shipping, advertising strategies, marketing and promotional material distribution, website usage evaluation, data analysis and, where applicable, data cleansing. We also may share non-personal information (such as the number of users who visited the website during a specific time period or who purchased a specific product through the website) with our marketing partners, advertisers and others from time to time. This information generally is shared in an aggregated form.

    To third parties, such as credit agencies, to verify delivery names and addresses for online orders. If you provide us with a delivery name and address which is not your own, you must have that person’s permission to give us their personal information and for us to use it for the purposes specified. By providing it, you are affirming that you have their permission to do so.

    To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Skechers assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Skechers about our Website users is among the assets transferred. International Transfers of Personal Information

In certain circumstances, Skechers may deem it necessary to store, share, or process your Personal Information outside of the country in which your personal information was originally collected, including the United States and/or countries outside the European Economic Area that have not been recognized by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of data protection. Children's Privacy

Skechers takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our Website is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not permit anyone under the age of 16 to register with us, nor do we knowingly send email correspondence or knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you are under 16 years of age, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual under 16 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information.

Skechers’ Email and Text Communications

From time to time, Skechers communicates to customers by email or text to inform them of changes to Skechers.com, special offers that might become available, and other information Skechers believes will be of interest to site visitors. Skechers will send these types of communications to you only if you opt-in to receive Skechers marketing messages (by registering to receive our email or text updates, registering for the Skechers Elite™ program, signing up in person at a Skechers event, or by contacting our customer service department and specifically requesting to be added to our marketing list(s)). 

Opt-out / Unsubscribe

You may request that you stop receiving electronic communications from Skechers anytime. You can cancel emails by updating your contact preferences on our website or following the instructions contained in the footer of our marketing emails. It takes some time to put opt-outs in effect, so you may still receive electronic communications from Skechers for several weeks after your request is received.

Please note this opt-out does not apply to emails sent by Skechers related to your orders such as order and shipment confirmations, nor does it apply to Skechers’ email responses to inquiries you make online.

Skechers will accomplish this through the use of passwords and personal data. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request. 

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 1 month of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 3 months total), we will inform you, within the first month of receiving your request, of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us that is linked to an email address, we will deliver our written response to that email address. If you do not have an email address registered with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. If applicable, the response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request. 

For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

Termination and Effect of Termination

Skechers reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or restrict your use of the Site, without notice, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or any third party. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of them in the English courts.

We collect and publish reviews using an online review platform which is incorporated into the pages for each product on our website. Any person can leave comments and feedback and choose a rating of 0 to 5 stars. The displayed 5-star rating is an average of all ratings received.

We do not verify that reviews have been submitted by customers who have actually used or purchased the product. However, reviewers must confirm their agreement to our review platform’s terms and conditions, which include the requirement that reviewers are only allowed to submit a review if they have had a personal experience with our products or services. Those terms and conditions also state that reviewers should not submit a review if they are yet to make a purchase or have no experience with the specific product or service or with Skechers.

We publish both positive and negative reviews on each product page. However, we have the ability to moderate and filter reviews before publication, including to remove reviews which breach our review platform’s terms and conditions or are not relevant or related to that particular product.
